Our ever expanding team of over 800 dedicated people provide tailored support to help individuals in a range of situations, from young people who have never been employed to people in jobs who need a little help to progress, people who have an illness which has prevented them from completing their journey into employment, to people who are ex-offenders wanting to turn their lives around through getting back to work and rejoining society. We’re a leading supplier of vocational skills and welfare to work services within the UK. We provide on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and European Social Fund (ESF), meeting the needs of the UK government, individual customers and employers alike.

Working alongside our partners we have touched the lives of over 40,000 people and their communities in the last year alone. We believe in inventive thinking that will create something different in the welfare to work and skills markets and provide new and unique solutions.
