DWP ESF Supporting Families with Multiple Problems
Through the DWP Employment Related Services Framework, esg is tendering for the ESF Supporting Families with Multiple Problems contract in the West Midlands. We are also tending in the South West and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly through switch, our Framework Special Purpose Vehicle.
This ESF programme is designed to tackle entrenched worklessness by progressing multi-generational families with multiple problems closer to employment. The focus is on providing a whole family approach, making support available to individual family members across the generations. Our programme will contribute and add value to existing family support.
We are seeking two distinct kinds of partners to help us to deliver this service:-
1. Case Management Delivery Partners who can demonstrate experience of providing a multi-agency case worker approach, or are looking to develop their current family services to include Case Management to deliver positive outcomes for families, and;
2. Support Partners who can offer a range of interventions to help families to tackle identified problems.
