This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in hospitality. You enjoy on-the-job training towards nationally recognised qualifications at Levels 2 and 3, guided by our professional assessors who provide one-to-one support and advice throughout your programme.
You usually start your training at Level 2, depending on your qualifications and ability. We identify this at your initial assessment.

Housekeeping
Hospitality and supervision - Level 3
Who should apply?
Anyone can apply for this course who is interested in a hospitality career path. As long as you are aged 16 to 64 and not in full-time education we can help. You might already have a job and be looking for work-based training, or you might want to find a job that comes with training through esg. We have great relationships with hundreds of local businesses and will help you find your career path.
School leavers who are interested in a hospitality career. You can apply for this course if you are interested in working within a hotel, restaurant, café, fast food outlet, residential home and hospital environment.
