Employer testimonials

“We get insightful feedback on our staff, identifying their strengths and areas needing further development. That’s very important to a business like ours because we want to retain our staff for the long-term – we believe that will pay off in better business performance.”

Jane Fletcher, Aviva

“We benefit from their understanding of our business because they can identify and help deliver just the training individuals need to became an invaluable member of our team.”

Tina Hindley, Manager, Co-operative

“My area has put between 30-40 people through various NVQs, probably the most in the company, and that is testimony to the confidence we have in you – they are very much like a member of our internal team.”

John Barry, Game

“Members of the team are much better with customers now and for Gamestation I think that’s going to mean a more profitable business. I think it has shown us all how retailing works and nowadays when I go into other stores I really notice when it’s not being done well.”

Thomas Barlow, Gamestation

“Our staff are more confident and skilled practitioners and that reassures parents that their children are in safe hands. Parents talk to their friends and word-of-mouth endorsement is a really powerful way of attracting new customers.”

Maggie Jeffrey, Manager, Lilliput Montessori Day Nursery

“esg is very efficient and works through the plan that they set out with the individuals in a quick and professional manner, whilst not interrupting the business needs. We have been working together for six months and all of the operators that were signed up to the programme have completed the qualification well within the allocation time frame that had originally been set.”

Rachael Ainsworth, Call Centre team leader, Manchester United FC

“I have seen a massive improvement in the performance of my catering team. It is not simply a matter of securing a paper qualification; they have become much better at their jobs and more committed to the club as they are impressed that we have invested time and money in their development.”

Patrick Lesca, Head Chef, Sunderland AFC
