Jane has been part of esg. since its inception, having joined stl - one of the original organisations which formed the group - in 1997. Following the combining of esg. and Paragon Skills for Industry earlier this year and the opportunity presented by recent changes in government policy. Jane has decided to leave esg. to pursue other opportunities and in particular follow her passion to work with smaller organisations in raising the quality standards for work-based learning.
