Jane joined stl in 1997 and has a solid background in the work based learning sector. Jane sucessfully represented esg portfolio company stl in three Adult Learning Inspections in the role as Nominee, achieving a mix of outstanding and good grades. This highly acclaimed success led to Jane working with lead inspectors to raise the standards within work based learning through collaboration with other training providers.

Jane was promoted to stl’s Director of Training and Operations in 2006. Her input has been instrumental in moving stl’s growth and quality forward, whilst improving its delivery model and meeting the ever increasing demands of government strategy. Jane is now Managing Director of Skills companies stl and orient.
