After 15 years in a range of sales and marketing roles with Citigroup, John moved into the world of work-based learning in 1998 when he joined the UK’s leading hospitality industry training provider. There he developed and executed strategies which successfully engaged organisations such as Compass Group, Whitbread, Hilton Hotels, Spirit and Sodexho in workforce development programmes centred around government funded skills training.

As Group Sales Director at esg, John’s primary responsibility will be the development of working partnerships with key national employers in all sectors who can benefit from the high quality delivery services of our portfolio companies.
