Michelle joined stl in 1994 following her early career at Corporate Services Group in Sheffield. In her role as Operations Director for esg portfolio company stl, Michelle has been instrumental in the growth and transformation of the company from a small, local training provider into a business delivering quality learning programmes across the North East, North West, the East and West Midlands and Yorkshire and Humberside.

Her inspirational management approach has included the introduction of innovative operating practices and a complementary delivery infrastructure to support this growth.

Michelle became managing director of stl in 2006 and, with the creation of esg, is now Chief Operating Officer.
