Paul has specialised in the Welfare to Work and Skills Training sectors for over 12 years, focusing on employability provision for those most excluded from the labour market.

His experience includes working at senior level for two leading UK private sector providers in this arena and as a consultant advising a range of UK and overseas based organisations within Europe, America, and the Middle East.

He is committed to providing sustainable employment solutions for people whose health is perceived as a barrier to securing and retaining employment. He has helped shape a range of UK Government backed Pilots and Policy changes including ‘One’ single work focussed interview pilots, New Deal for Disabled People (NDDP) and the current Pathways to Work programme, which are all designed to address the needs of clients in receipt of Incapacity Benefit.
