Richard’s track record of performance as a financial director is enviable.  He is equipped with a wealth of experience gained working in fast growing businesses, most recently serving on the board of a £200m subsidiary of Homeserve plc, a UK FTSE 200 company with a £570m+ turnover.  During his time with the business profits increased six-fold to £90m.

A University of Nottingham graduate, Richard's previous positions include financial roles within Dollond & Aitchison, The Boots Company plc and Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP.  His considerable experience of mergers and acquisitions, as well as the implementation of smart financial systems and controls across large, multi-site organisations, will be of considerable benefit as esg continues to grow.
