Terry is an experienced chairman with over eight years experience in investing alongside executive teams in buy out situations. He has worked in a number of sectors as a non executive director including furniture manufacture, pharmaceuticals, retail and recruitment, delivering value and successful outcomes for shareholders.

Terry’s early career was predominantly in the healthcare sector where he held an international position with WR Grace, a large American Corporation. Terry has extensive experience of company mergers and acquisitions in the UK, Middle East and Europe.

Terry is a clinical biochemist by profession and has a MBA from Sheffield Business School.
